DO NOT HIRE! I called him needing a ceiling textured on short notice for an apartment we were renovating. He said he could do it that week and gave me a price based on the square footage of the apartment. I also told him he could invoice the owners of the complex, as I am just the manager, and we bill out contracted work to the owners on a regular basis. The day he was supposed to show up to texture the ceiling he called at 5PM asking all kinds of questions about getting paid that day rather than billing the owners, saying he accidentally wrote down the wrong square footage and was going to have to charge me more, and finally he said he just couldn't do the job that day unless he met the owners in person. The whole experience with him was extremely fishy and FRUSTRATING. It delayed the completion of the apartment and was a huge waste of time.

Talked like he knew what he was doing. So although he was the most expensive by far we went with him. HUGE MISTAKE. Paint is peeling and looks terrible. He told us that the job would take 3 to for days, on day 14 I had to fire him and find another painter. He called on day 7 saying he was done and wanted to come get paid while I was at work. Thankfully we went home and inspected. Not even close to being done. He damaged my new cabinets and did a horrible job.
