Story

Ouabache is difficult to spell, but easy to pronounce. Simply say 'Wabash'...just like the river that forms the southwest boundary for the park. This is the French spelling of an Indian word, so don't be surprised to hear some folks call it o-ba-chee.

Large park to visit with several playgrounds, a lake, a pool, hiking trails, bison, and camp grounds. I miss the fire tower. It's closed down now but you used to be able to climb up and look out over the park.

One of the best managed and maintained State Parks that I have seen.  Campground was great (9 day stay) as were the comfort stations.  Staff was attentive and working hard to keep this property up!

Needs to have more activities for kids at campground.  It would be great if pool was open everyday not just Fri through Mon. And if showers were at least warm. I waited until 10om and the water was freezing.

Drained pond. Buffalo eating grass. Tower is no go because cant fix even though they received the money. People drive there and will get you killed. Trails are mud and not taken care of. Just go somewhere else.

River Green way is a nice walking spot. That is all I do here. It has benches and picnic area.
