Story

Oudenhoven Construction, Inc. is a general contractor proudly serving clients throughout the state of Wisconsin. Incorporated in 1941, OCI attained and continues to portray family owned values as current owner, Dan Verbeten and past partner, Pete Verbeten acquired the business from their fathers. We have provided quality construction solutions to our customers as our team efforts offer an exceptional combination of services for your future project. During our seven decades in business, OCI has had the privilege of working with customers on numerous building scopes from minor renovations to building new worship facilities, restaurants, health facilities, schools, and waste water treatment facilities.
Oudenhoven Construction’s staff includes highly skilled design/build and contract estimators, project managers, and field personnel of 20+ years’ experience. This enables us to analyze every single facet of the project and explore all time and money saving avenues that satisfy the project scope, maintain the timeline, and keep building expenditures in check. Our hands-on experience and project knowledge are key in providing excellent management and competitive pricing to customers. From initial design proposals to final inspection, we will utilize the same estimator, project manager, and field supervisor for your project. This team approach during the entire project ensures that communication is consistent and all project details are cared for by knowledgeable personnel.
