Super helpful staff, and very good prices! Will be coming back! I wish every store was as helpful as the dude behind the counter at a hardware store. They'll help me find a screw that cost less than a nickel.

This hardware has everything you. I have a new Poland pro mower which is best in the world to beat sears hands over. This best place all mower repair in baton rouge. Thank you to all the staff.

My husband and I are moving into a new home this summer and we were planning on using our hardware as much as we could, as we like to support local business, well that changed after our visit on thursday. They have a man employed there who I'm assuming is supposed to deter people from shoplifting, which I understand is a great concern, however this man was not only imposing he was genuinely intimidating and also snooped on my husband and I the whole time we were in the store which made me very uncomfortable. We bought a saw that was advertised as 5 dollars and the woman behind the counter charged us double, when I told her that was wrong she actually ARGUED with me and refused to sell me the saw for the price it was clearly marked as. Never coming back!! You have lost potentially loyal costumers!

Wow! Not at all what I expected for customer service when I called. I had heard great things about them. So I call for some replacement parts as I was going to go there at lunch and would have limited time. The lady who answered the phone was very dismissive. "You can bring your paper in and we can see if we have it" I explained that I just needed some screws and I would be short on time. She says hold on...doesn't put me on hold and proceeds to speak to someone else who is in the store...I mean come on...it was some screws for crying out loud...you can't check for screws?
