Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church

Story

Our Lady of Angels is a close community that will welcome everyone to worship and celebrate the sacraments together. We will encourage the formation of friendships and inclusion into the parish life through participation in liturgical, social, and outreach activities. All members of the parish, from youngest to oldest, will find a place to serve and to be served.

Parishioners of all ages will learn to know, love, and serve the Lord. We will minister to the emotional, spiritual, intellectual, and physical needs of our community from conception through death. We will provide active outreach and social justice programs. We will gather for liturgical celebrations in a church that reflects reverence and the best of Catholic architectural tradition. The design of our facilities will encourage community life in an unhurried manner.

Mission

We, as members of the Body of Christ in the community of Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church, commit to continuing Christ’s mission to further the Kingdom of God by living out our Catholic faith as examples of Christ’s presence in the world. We affirm that all we are and all we have are gifts from God. We commit to use these gifts and talents for the common good. We will provide a warm, welcoming environment that builds and fosters a spirit-filled community and share our beliefs through the celebration of the sacraments, daily prayer, education, and stewardship. Guided by the Holy Spirit, we will build a legacy of faith and love that will be passed on to our children and future generations.
