The pediatric department is awesome as far as the nurses goes but the doctor's I'm not to jazzed about the labor and delivery department is Amazing which is why I gave them five stars Dr buenaflor is awesome ! Very nice Dr.. emergency room is horrible service is rude the people are rude

I've had only good experiences at OLOAH. Seems like the Franciscans are spending a lot of money to improve and expand services. A lot of the doctors are the same ones that practice in Covington.

My 73 year father was having some cardiac issues and decided to go to the hospital to see what was going on. No EKG was done nor cardiac enzymes drawn to see if he was okay. He was sent home with steroids for infection. How can a MD/DO or NP rule out any infection without a CBC. I called to check to see if I could speak with my father because he wasn't answering his cell phone and was told they could not give out any information over the phone. I only asked if their was a pt their by that name and if so could I speak with him. I did NOT ask any info about his condition. Being an healthcare provider myself I do know the amount of info that you can give out over the phone unless he was listed under a "No Info" pt., which he was NOT. THEY ARE THE RUDEST GROUP IF INDIVIDUALS(over the phone) I HAVE EVER SPOKEN WITH. Both people I spoke with really need totake some telephone etiquette classes IMMEDIATELY..... I definitely know my rights. You never know who you are speaking with on the other side that phone. #15YEARSOFERLIFE...

2 hour wait every time even of you have an appointment. I could walk in off the street and be served just as fast. So far they haven't helped much. If they had told me I needed to be here at least an hour in advance, I would have been. Instead, I'm an hour late to 5he appt because them when they wanted me to have a full bladder for an ultrasound. I need the bathroom so bad it almost hurts. Pissed off right now.

The worst place ever dr. Gandhi half assed my scripts gives me lantus for my diabetes with a script for u100's instead of the needles for the pen tham instead of my inhaler gives me stuff for a nebulizer and more mess ups she is the worst I will never go back and will let everyone know she is the worst didn't listen to anything and couldn't get scripts right this is awful
