We, the parish community of Our Lady Queen of Apostles, are called to continue the work of Jesus Christ for this Roman Catholic community in and around Frankfort, New York, in the Diocese of Albany. We are bound together as a faith community with a common belief in Jesus Christ as the only Son of God. With that common belief, and guided by the Holy Spirit, we vow to be a welcoming community, encouraging all to participate in the spiritual and social life of the parish, to promote evangelization and faith formation for the people of all ages, and to reach out with the love of Christ to all those in need.
