Our restaurant & pub, in downtown Ouray, is the place for great beer, great food and awesome rooftop views. Our second location – new Tap Room and riverside Beer Garden – opens Memorial Day weekend of 2012 at 1900 Main, just north of town. Watch for more details about our grand opening!

It'd been a while since I'd eaten at the Ouray Brewery, but popped in a few days ago. I ended up in the mezzanine area overlooking the brewery itself, and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and prompt, and the food was quite good. While I'm not a beer aficionado like many, I have to say that I really enjoyed their brews and found them quite refreshing. I did take a quick tour of the top patio as well and found the view of Ouray and the surrounding area stunning. All in all, this was a great place for brew, a bite to eat, and an all around great atmosphere.

Beer is good. Atmosphere is good. The only reason I'm giving a 4 is because they need to work on their beer line. They have food orders and beer running through one very slow line.

I didn't eat, or drink there, but I do want to comment anyway.  We were passing through the town one morning, and I stopped in.  Though the bar and restaurant were closed, the kind woman working in the brewery saw my excitement, and allowed me to buy a few beers (I wanted to drink local every evening at the campsites), and a shirt.  The beers were great too.

Best brewery for miles and miles.  Good food too.  Definitely should get here on your trip out.  Probably all the Texans giving it a bad rating...don't trust them.

The rooftop bar and restaurant is good for a view and brew but not much else. The wait times were long and the food was decent but nothing to send postcards for.
