I was very pleased with the services that Ourso Funeral Home provided for our family during my Moms passing. From the time that Brandy & Robyn picked her up at her home, they were very courteous and professional. They made the preparations that we had to decide on very easy. They handled everything including the family flowers, which, by the way, were gorgeous! I definitely recommend them for anyone needing this type of service.
From the first call we made after the passing of our mother, the staff at Ourso was exceptional throughout the whole process. Clifford made the process of arranging everything seamless and worry-free. My sister and I were worried about how difficult planning funeral arrangements but Clifford guided us through the whole time and help ease our anxiety through an already difficult time. Clifford never pressured us in making decisions or ever made us feel uncomfortable. He also would make his personal recommendations for what would work best. He personally would call us to make sure we had everything we need and all of the resources as we were not familiar with a lot of the arrangement processes. Ourso Funeral Home and Clifford exceeded our expectations and made our funeral arrangement experience for our mother better than we ever expected. Our family and friends also stated how beautiful mother's services were, all thanks to Ourso and Clifford. We highly recommend them to anyone to help guide you through the whole process.
Jacie and Shannon were very kind to us and very efficient. They made it so much easier for us to get through the business that we had to take care of. I would recommend Jacie to anyone going through these very difficult times to handle all your funeral arrangements.

My family has used Ourso Funeral Home on several occasions, first with the death of my father, and then my grandmother a year later. The staff at Ourso went above and beyond to see to our comfort. Milton and Denise Robbins took care of our every need, even things we didn't know we needed. They were even able to anticipate our questions when we were unable to articulate them.
