We (6 persons) were checked in at noon on Saturday, March 31 st, and we were assigned to the table that we didn't like because we preferred a more open space while there were plenty of space at that time. Then they gave us a round table which was perfect to us. Next we waited for 15 minutes, and one came to help, ask or offer anything. Therefore we decided to leave, but my son was so nice to let one of the employees  in the restaurant know that we had to go. Infact we are so disappointed with the service. We finally got another Ouback Steakhouse in Westminster Mall where we received the great service as well as the good food!

Really looking forward to that Mac and cheese. Unfortunately after seating my daughter and me in the corner, no one came to greet us. I’ve waited for years, so I have a pretty good idea of when places are slammed and when they just are failing to do their job. This was a fail. After 10 minuets of not being acknowledged we let the girls in the front know we were leaving. Blank stares. 
Burger King has a really cool play place.

As an Australian I'm always pleasantly surprised by the food on offer here. Steaks are always tasty and tender. Staff are friendly and I always leave feeling satisfied.

01/16/18 My Daughter and I arrived, waited three minutes tops for a booth and were seated. We've been here plenty of times, everything started out good.  We were served bread and we waited for our server to arrive.  We waited.  And waited.  And waited. Finally, I started a timer on my phone. we waited an additional 38 minutes.  nobody came to our table.  we left.  Based on the time the Uber driver dropped us off and the 38 minutes on the timer, we estimate that were waiting in the booth for about an hour while tables that were seated after us had their orders taken and food served while we hadn't even had our drink orders taken.  Outback.  you've lost two customers for life.  One star because you can't post zero stars.
