I have had two horrible experiences with the to-go service at Outback. The first one was on 30 March 2018. I placed a to-go order for over $90, and drove 30 minutes to get my order. They waited until I got there and after my card was charged to inform me that there had been a recall on their salads. This was obviously annoying considering there were two salads on my order. The second experience was today. I placed my usual online order. I got home and noticed that my baked potato was over cooked to the point that it was hollow on one side. I called the restaurant and spoke to a manager, Stephanie, whose response was “well, since it’s a to-go order we do not cut the potato open to preserve heat, and sometimes a customer will get unlucky because well...it’s a plant”. This was a very annoying response considering you can tell from the outside of the potato (without having to cut it open) that it was overcooked. I typically LOVE outback, but will no longer be a customer at this location.

Excellent customer service from Joshua. I love the lobster. Well cooked on the outside, rare in the middle. Very nice ambiance. I would love to go back to this place.

It's a decent outback, the lights above the booths hang a little too low, feels like you're under a warming lamp the whole time. Also, order your steak a doneness more than how you like it because they almost always make it too rare. Good location, right off the freeway

The ribeye stake was full of flavor, the baked potato the best served already with toppings and the mixed vegetables were cooked to perfection. The other guests at at table had the same results with there menu selections. And great fries as well.

Great food and great service. Prices are very reasonable compared to other similar restaurants.
