Service was ok - could have been better honestly. Dirty dishes left on the table almost the entire time. Food was decent. Dessert was the best of all the dishes. Prices were very high for portions served. Lived up to it being a chain restaurant.

Thank you Outback Steakhouse Staff for a phenomenal FATHER'S DAY with my family!!  There was a small hiccup regarding the call ahead service, for 6pm. Perhaps, a better reservation policy, even during holidays should be revised. However,  accommodations, originally for 4 people were increased by 1, were nicely satisfied!!!  EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS AND PERFECTLY PRESENTED!!  THANK YOU FOR A VERY MEMORABLE DAY!!  Parking: Perhaps have a designated and larger customer drop off area for challenged folks, and more handicapped parking.

Appetizer and main dishes came out quick and hot! Kids didn’t like the steakhouse mac, a lil too peppery but good for dad to eat. No complaints we visit this location once a month.

I frequently order outback curbside pick up and always receive well packaged, delicious food. I love how easy it is to order using the app and how easy the pick up is as well. They really care about their service and customers and it does not go unnoticed. There was one time that I received a steak that was not out-back quality at all and I reached out to the manager just to let them know because it was a disappoint after all the great experiences I had. Once again, outback went above and beyond. Not only was the manager appreciative and understanding on the phone, but I also received a personal letter from the proprietor of out back in north haven.  Highly recommend this outback to anyone.

We sat in the bar at a booth, 7pm on a busy Saturday. Henry behind the bar was also our server. He was attentive, polite and engaged.  Food came out quickly and very hot. As we ordered an appetizer and our main courses at the same time he was thoughtful to space out entering our order so we would have time to enjoy the Kookaburra wings always wonderful before our salads came.  We have had times in the past where everything came at once. Would highly recommend this location, and if Henry is working you should ask to be in his section. Grading on a scale appropriate for corporate chains, a five star experience all around.

I went to this restaurant for my birthday and had a really nice time! It's the perfect place for family and for little ones too. The menu is simple yet super delicious. To top it off, my server Becky was so kind and attentive to detail. She didn't miss a beat! Definitely asking for a table in her section next time I go.

We went for dinner very last minute and were told a 30 minute wait but we waited for five minutes and were promptly seated.  Becky, our waitress, was super nice and very attentive.  She even kept her cool and remained professional when the gentleman at the table next to ours was angry about his steak.  The food was good, we would have liked a bit more seasoning but overall would definitely one back.

Today I reunited with my dad after many years of being apart. My uncle had given him a gift card to Outback for Christmas and my dad thought it would be nice to bring me and he made the right choice! We had a really wonderful experience with our server Shannon. She was genuinely nice and helpful and told us about their Tuesday lunch special that included either a free app or dessert. We opted for dessert but didn't realize it was only for one. Shannon was nice enough to get us a second dessert free and for take out to boot! She didn't have to take the extra step to do that for us but she did and we both appreciate it very much. Everyone was very kind in a genuine way that really transcended and heightened our experience. The steaks were cooked perfectly and everything was delicious. Seriously one of the nicest dine-in experiences I've had in years. Thank you for the lovely experience!

Ate in the bar area.  Had the best waitress  Michelle. She is the bartender also. She served us right away and has such a great personality. She makes the best strawberry daiquiri drink. The food was very good. My husband and I go eat twice a week and she is the best waitress, bartender we ever had.
