This is our favorite special occasion date night restaurant! The food is always very delicious and the wait staff is so friendly and kind. The bread brought out at the beginning of the meal is very soft and yummy. We will absolutely be back again!
Our food was really good and our drinks were amazing! This blueberry lavender I think it was lemonade, tasted as fantastic as it looks. The waiter was very nice and made sure to show up but not over attend us. It's never fun to eat while you're waiter is hanging over you every 3 seconds. Great experience!
I’m here working and was it a pleasure to have Chasity as my waitress, she’s very pleasant and helpful!!! The food was amazing and I’m very full now. I had the lobster and sirloin, along with dessert!!!
Service was not stellar but was ok. To be honest I think outback has gone completely downhill. Thankfully half our bill was paid by a gift card. Bloomin onion and the bread was the best part of the meal. The shrimp that came with my meal was cooked so hard with a sub par seasoning that the tails didn't even come off without removing a ton of meat. Then the seasoning was so strong it completely ruined the taste. I honestly couldn't finish a salad. The staff was great though really pushing through the times with all the rules, regulations, and such. But the food was awful.
Dinner was good went there about 5:15pm yesterday, Wednesday. Our waitress was great. I ordered a burger & fries for carry out for my daughter. Left about 6:15pm. She opened up her carry out & she's like Where's the rest of the fries????? I look in there & I was shocked! Looked like someone's left over fries they just threw in there. Not happy one bit! I should of checked it before I left. Next time I'll check before I leave. This was not good at all!!
The food was cooked without seasoning. They didn't even use salt and pepper in the vegetables. Nothing. I ended up bringing my steak home to season it. The service was decent. They could certainly use more staffers during what's usually the busy times. Also, it's bad practice for the manager to discuss the staffing schedules with the staff while standing around the host booth. Especially with customers waiting. And to basically include the customers in the conversation. Very unprofessional. The atmosphere was unremarkable. Very loud, since they seated everyone together. Again, more staff could alleviate that problem. Overall, not a horrific experience, but I won't be returning.
4 stars based on management only. Our steaks 3 of 4 were cooked wrong. We had to take them to go as we didn't have time. The female Asst. Manager made excuses and said they have red lighting that's why the steak looked rare ? There are no red lights in this place. Anyway, Ron one of the main managers came to the table and made it right and was very professional and had no excuses, just solutions. I truly hope Ron stays and we will be back because of how he handled the situation. Had it stayed on the Asst. Managers' reactions we would not have returned. Thanks Ron
We asked for 3 plates of pasta, the kingsland. The pasta was way undercooked, like it could’ve stand on itself, after we waited over 45 minutes to get it we told the waitress about the issue and sent it back, then a lady who I believe it was manager comes up to us saying “you think it was undercooked” with an attitude, she didn’t even checked it out. Overall the rest of the food we ordered wasn’t worth it, seasonings didn’t had flavor and was cold.

Went to dinner with a Friend and we ordered appetizers dinner and lemonades. The gnats were taking over the place! Her lemonade had a gnat in it and our appetizer was overcooked. Her steak was undercooked, my ribs were cold when they came out and they had that nasty chemical taste to them. The manager came around and asked about our meal and as we were telling him what was going on he seemed to have an attitude, basically said OK and walked off. When we received our bill he had taken $9 off. The waitress we had was great I don't remember her name unfortunately and she was very apologetic and stated that our table was the 4th one that night that had issues. I took my basically whole meal home thinking it would be better once I reheated it. The loaded potatoes and the broccoli have that nasty chemical flavor and the ribs seem like they would never get warm. Really bad experience all around and I won't be back to Outback and most definitely not that particular location.
