Had a wonderful time! The blooming onion was so good! They served fresh bread while we waited for our food. The waitress was very attentive and got almost everything right with our part of 8. The only con was the food took quite a long time but it was served hot and was delicious. The price of the dishes is high but the lunch dishes are reasonable. I definitely recommend going!
Service was good even though it was very busy. Enjoyed the prime rib sandwich and the loaded fries. Very good ranch. Kid's menu has a decent-sized sirloin for only $10.
Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly. Greeted at door by a manager, seated immediately. Server Beau was fabulous. My daughter and I both ordered the filet mignon. The steaks were both cooked properly, however the steaks themselves were both of poor quality. Tough to cut and seemed a bit too chewy.
I may be a little biased or set my standards a bit higher. However when I spend $200 on an average meal I expect some service. We walked in with a party of 8. Waited approx 20 - 25 min as we watched the empty table that ultimately became ours be half cleaned, witnessed a fight of who was to clean it and the staff's required 10min, "I must look at my phone and check social media before sitting you down." Our server did decide to show up got our drinks and our food. In the mean time another tussle between co-workers was witnessed, potty breaks were handled on our end. Which did give us time to explore. I discovered over 10 employees 4 tables: Ours of 8, 2 of 2 and one of 4. Many apologies were given to some of the tables for this and that. Otherwise the restaurant was empty. With only 1 actual employee working. PS I gave that one a nice cash tip. I left the tipping for our meal upto the wife. I didn't feel generous to our server. This marked another end to our travels across the country and will pay for great service and food. A little advise was shared to that employee and with a smile they were on their way. However in our discovery time not once did we see a manager or even spoke to one on our visit. Floors sat with food, napkins, utensils and ick the entire time we were there. APPROX 1 HR PLUS I'll have nightmares from the bathroom for sure ... DON'T TOUCH THE WALLS! Oh wait the food. Yep ordinary, just ordinary no great mark up being The Outback Steakhouse. The lobster smelled a bit aged. My wife and I questioned ourselves ordering it before hand as to not be disappointed but other than the smell it was an average size of a fat crawdad. Chewy, gummy however you'd like to interpret the texture. My beed filet was decent. My final review? Save your money and find a tasty food truck, Five guy's burger or a long Jon Silvers fishstick place. Use the gas station bathroom with the fear of being robbed and you'll still be saving money and get better service. Maybe tip the gas attendant? This way 10 plus employees at a franchise don't need to charge $200 for the equivalent price of a McDonald's quarter pounder and filet-o-fish! Hate leaving bad reviews but after traveling for 10 days I expected more, plus I am writing this review a week later after tossing back and forth if I should or should not. I openly post this straight to Outback and welcome their feedback on the matter.
Outback Steakhouse is what you would expect at any chain steakhouse, good eats, a decent drink selection and service and value. This place wasn't too different, the steak was average at best though. Service was good as well.
Rachel C was our waitress! She was very friendly and helped with the menu! We had an awesome time.
Alterio R. was a wonderful server. We visited on Tuesday, Nov 8 in the evening. He was friendly, polite, and kind. He filled my drink with "lite ice" just as requested. : he made our dinner relaxed and it was delicious.
I had Rachel.C as a server she did a good job I would come back and ask for her again . The food was great and hot
I had an excellent experience. My porterhouse was perfectly cooked and Ashley provided 5 star service to our table. I will be back out. Thanks Outback and Ashley
I just stopped in for a nice lunch and it was an amazing experience. Our server was a 10/10 plus!! Her name was Siobhan? I hope I spelled that right. She was super sweet, quick, and made sure we had everything needed! She even went the extra mile to get us to go sauces, a bag and drinks to go! I’m definitely coming back if she is working again because usually servers just do the bare minimum. She made it our experience at Outback better. Please give this girl something!!!
