Destiny was my server and she provided excellent customer service, Tim was the Chef who prepared my steak which was cooked to perfection and it had great flavor . The hostess was very nice also. The staff exceeded my expectations and treated me with respect and dignity. I will always go back every time I am in Mount Pleasant.  Parking: Every time I’ve visited there has always been plenty of parking

Usually I’m super satisfied with my experiences at Outback but this time my Outback Special steak was really tough. We sat in the bar area and the server wish I got her name was incredible. She had about 8 tables and was working her tail off. Drinks stayed full, service was truly remarkable.Dine in: Yes

Had dinner tonight and was so pleased with the service i received from Macie. I would honestly say it was one of the most memorable experiences at an outback. She greeted us with a smile, ensured all our questions were answered, and kept our drinks filled as needed. She was exceptionally kind and outgoing and her service showed how much she cared.

Food was hot and fresh. Arrived in a timely matter. Server was good and attentive. Outside and inside was very cleaned and well maintained. Ordered mac and cheese bites, philly cheese, blooming onion and shrimp and lobster bites. 95% shrimp 5% lobster.

Had a great meal here.  The mount pleasant location far exceeded my experience and expectations from my last visit to one near Northwoods mall.  Staff was friendly, courteous, and very attentive.  Waitress apologized for a slight delay in our food taking longer than expected as a 10 top had been seated right before we had been, and gave a complimentary blooming onion.  Even with a 10 top ordering before we did it took less than 30 minutes to get the food  Food was served within a timely manner, hot, and made correctly.  Great location.

Nate was lovely as he brought out are delicious desert. what a handsome young fella. food was good. i say i’d come back again. drove an hour away. was not disappointed. Seats were clean and table was ready as soon as we got here, customer service was an A+. Even let us in a minute early because the staff was prepared and ready for customers.

worst experience ever- they forgot half of our order and the cheese fries were burnt. after going back for our food and new fries, we were still missing items and the fries were still terrible. I had to call and request a refund on the fries because I guess they just don’t know how to make them.

Had the 6oz sirloin and lobster dinners. Food was average, it was kind of busy so the waitress took a little longer to get to us. I ordered a wallaby darned cocktail , it was overflowing and as it melted it made a mess, pretty watered down.  Parking: Good amount of parking spaces, some are dedicated to " to go" orders
