Five stars for restaurant - one star for screwy rewards program. This is a restaurant that I visit frequently.  The food is good and the service is usually just as good!  So the only reason this place doesn't get 5 stars is because they offer a dine in rewards program (app on smartphones) that leaves a lot to be desired.  Trying to use the app for the rewards (sometimes $5 off your meal or $20 off your fourth meal would be a wonderful reward..however either the app doesn't work right or the employees don't know how to use it.  Visits disappear etc...)I do appreciate the effort on the manager's part to make good on what the app offers but having to bring in paper receipts for proof of visits shouldn't have to happen if the technology was working as it should.

Food was horrible and the service was average.  We were seated at 4:17 and waited 35 minutes for appetizers which was over cooked. 45 minutes after receiving our appetizers our food was brought out. It was also burnt, and the flavor was awful. The wait time was a way to long for a 4 year old and two elderly people. I was also served a drink in a dirty glass that still had lipstick on it. Waste of $130, time and Fathers Day experience.  3rd time eating there and the last. Every time has been a unforgettable experience and not in a good way. Won't be returning!

Ordered online.  Food received 20 min after promised.  Didn't include sauces for tender platter.  Wife ordered sweet potato and included fixings were for regular one.  2nd time having issues.  Getting as bad as fast food for screwing you in the drive thru

Steam and lobsters cooked perfect... cut filet with a fork. Wait staff was on the ball.

Great food and our waiter, Willie, was outstanding in serving our group. Our daughter had a ceased Salad but the dressing was extremely spicy.. he was quick to replace the salad for her with something else.
