I've eaten here a few times and the food has been pretty good for the price but after tonight I don't think we'll be going back soon. When we walked in, it was really cold, colder than outside. So we go in, stand there for quite a while before one of the 4 hosts standing there acknowledged us. When we were asking about the seating we simply asked if there was a warmer place in the restaurant, to which the short haired blonde host paused, looked at us, laughed at our question and just said "No, they were busy." I rarely get offended but how the question answered was far from polite, or even nice. We just said fine, turned around and walked out. Went across the street to Old World Pizza. Place was warm, people were nice. Awesome pizza.

Server Jesse was very nice and he was always checking on us. We did go at the end of a normal dinner rush tome on a Saturday but still feel the food wait should not have been as long. Was great food when we got it that is why 4☆

Third time and third bad experience. Had the Fish and Chips. Fish was done in a flour batter with no flavor . Dark streaks ran thru with bad taste. Chips were not that great. I know it's a steak house, but your non-beef servings should at least be up to par. Others at the table seemed to have better meals. Salads looked very good. Server took our plates after and said she would bring back the saved steak in a to go box for our dog. Needless to say, the dog went hungry that night. We have been to other Outbacks with better results.

There was a time in mid-to-late 2016 when they were going through big staff changes and it was chaos. But now in mid 2017 when I went, everything went smoothly. Staff was pleasant and speedy, my steak was cooked exactly how I wanted it and nicely seasoned. If I have another pleasant visit, I'll give it four stars.

I came in for a late dinner after the movie and our waitress Jennifer was so GREAT. I eat here all the time and I want her to be my server every time I come in. Love her! Thank you Jennifer, keep up the great work. Dolores Garcia
