I had some spare time after my eye exam so I wandered into the eyeglasses shop just to see what their selection of frames looked like and am really glad I did. The customer service experience here is nothing short of excellent. The staff are all very knowledgeable professionals and the quality of their work is top of the line. They do the grinding of the lenses to fit the frame selected right there which results in a surprisingly speedy delivery of the item purchased. And, they hold their suppliers to the same high standards that they have in the shop. I went in for an adjustment recently and was surprised to hear that a small section of the frame was in need of repair. I didn't know that the frame was under warranty so there's a new frame coming my way. It also demonstrates that their frames are the most current in the supply chain. An older type frame wouldn't be available - a situation I've experienced elsewhere. I will definitely continue to purchase here and highly recommend them to others.

I was evaluated by the Doctors at Outlook Eyecare for a routine eye exam.  They were kind, courteous and knowledgeable.  After my exam, Steve at their optical shop helped me find a great pair of glasses for my new prescription.  I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
