At Outside Dreams, we offer landscape design & installation services, including the following:

We also offer residential & commercial landscape maintenance, which includes the following:

I have had comprehensive residential landscape service with Outside Dreams for the past 2 seasons.  Their crews did a very good job.  This year I attempted to get the contract in place and schedule the spring service and irrigation start up.  I contacted the office last Friday morning (4/14) and was told they would get me on the schedule for the following Friday and have a contract to me that day.  On Monday I contacted the office again to get the seasonal contract which they did get to me.  When I emailed it back on Monday April 17(same day), I asked for them to confirm my service for Friday and to provide a window as I have to be home to start up the irrigation.  I did not receive any response so on Thursday I contacted them again to see what time on Friday I would need to be home for the start up, only to be informed that I was not on the schedule for Friday AGAIN!  When I spoke to a "manager Amy"  she stated that there are new people that are training and made other excuses - but no apologies.  When I asked if that is the level of service I should expect and if so, then I will need to find another company.  She flat out said that it would be best for me to find another company!  She also said she was new herself...I wonder if the owner knows their new employee would rather tell loyal customers to find another contractor when there is a service problem, instead of providing a solution to the problem.  Used to be great....now horrible customer service.

This company does a fantastic job. They are currently going through a rough patch due to losing a great receptionist, but they do good work and are meticulous with hardscape work. There prices are also very competitive.
