Really nice and clean. Just one inconvenience is the entrance pavement bump, going in to the parking lot, was too high/uneven.

Best place around to live! The management and maintenance staff is outstanding. They are extremely responsive to your needs and know you by name. The facilities are very well kept and my apartment is very quiet. The fixtures are top notch and in excellent condition. There is plenty of parking right out front of my door and no shortage of spots in the visitor parking area. I live in a 'pet building' because I have a cat and can honestly say that most of the dog owners in the building are pretty respectful. The club house and amenities are way above average, a real plus. Highly recommend Ovaltine Court Apartments!

Ovaltine has been a great place to live. The apartments are beautiful. The staff is extremely accommodating and know the residence by name and apartment number. They have great amenities like a gym, pool, package delivery, and bikes available to borrow! If there is ever an issue, maintance takes care of it that day! Ovaltine is a great community with events held frequently! We have loved living here and have made life long friends by attending the super fun events! I highly recommend living here.

This is my first year at Ovaltine Court and wow am I impressed! I am not from the area, but Ovaltine makes you feel like you are right at home. I moved from central Illinois up to the Western suburbs with my significant other. He suggested we look at Ovaltine, as I wanted to live downtown, while he wanted to live in the suburbs. We found a happy in between at Ovaltine. We are close enough to the train station or even a drive away from the city, but we have the peace and quiet of the suburbs with Ovaltine. The Prairie Path is right behind the building, too. They just added a beautiful walkway and gate to make getting to the path even easier for residents. The first month here, we experienced a pest issue. Immediately, we informed management and they sent pest control the next day! They are constantly checking in on us and even know us by name. Ovaltine is home for us and our little pup (their pet fee is minimal $35 a month for your furry friend), If you are looking for management who is on top of things and offers a welcoming community, Ovaltine Court is the place for you!
