I wish I had discovered OTT sooner! Great clothes, gracious staff, and good prices. I recently bought a top there and constantly get compliments on it. Highly recommended.

Over the Top Boutique in Ridgeway, South Carolina is a fantastic--and personable--way to shop. This is not a department store where you are just another person to sell clothes to; no, at this adorable boutique in the heart of a historic part of South Carolina, you can expect to find unique, one-of-a-kind clothing, accessories, and local art filling the adorable space. 
The owner is a kind woman named Tina who has a fantastic Southern accent, and wants every customer to feel like their needs are being heard. She talked about offering personal shopping to those clients who don't have the time to make it into the shop, and I can tell that Tina would bend over backwards to bring someone anything they needed. 

She even called me "honey," which warmed my heart and made me want to drink sweet tea with her on a porch somewhere (in one of Over the Top's gorgeous hats, perhaps?). 

I highly recommend this boutique to anyone in the Ridgeway area for unique outfits, local vendors and a really fun, historical atmosphere. It feels wonderful to support local business, especially when it's someone as sweet and kind as Over the Top's owner.
