Watch out if you do business with these guys? Starts at the top it seems? Drivers very unprofessional. Called in talked to lady at dispatch explained driver was not to return and 2 days later he shows back up? Then called she sent me to  Marty who was head man and boy what a surprise? I would not do business with these guys! Stay clear

The past 7 yrs running our Volvo with Overbye has been the BEST decision EVER. Paid off the semi in 18 months. Pd off the house and two nice vehicles in 7. (120 g's). They are NOT greedy and they are honest - never padding the bill. 
   Good perks ( not great )with this place and fuel discounts everywhere. It is time to raise the rates a bit guys and they have and they will. Everyone's pd the same no bs here and Marty is cool. Gotta get the job done! Overbye runs you steady and ALWAYS gets you home. 
    Reason for leaving- - 65 retirement and busted $5,000 transmission on a 1.5 million mile truck!  The yard at Lakeville does have a nice shower/ towels. Theres a laundramat, food and shopping available for trucks at that exit. WE  have NO NEED for a lounge ever BECAUSE YOU HARDLY EVER WAIT FOR WORK. 
      Remember boys- that semi is YOUR micro business and its your decisions that make the $$$$. And Overbye or other companies are NOT BANKS. Run your business and work your ass off accordingly. Get a good tax man and smarten up financially.

This isn't a company you can retire from. Don't try to help build them business, its not appreciated. Marty in operations, needs to find another job description. A control freak typical of someone who thinks he can chew up REAL truck drivers/owner operators like they are a dime a dozen. Don't lease here, you won't last.

I've been a driver with them for almost 8 years.  Family owned, 100% Owner-Operator.  By far the best people I've worked with in my working career.  Pay is OK, but it's a sacrifice I'm willing to make versus working for horrible people, which is common in the industry.
