Overhead Door Company of Northern Kentucky is an independant Overhead Door distributor that installs and services both residential and commercial garage door systems. We have been certified by the International Door Association and are the only garage door company in the tri-state area to have accrediated garage door technicians.

Had their technician to come out and repair a door wheel that had come off the track. Technician repaired and inspected; signed off everything as meeting standard in paper. Charged me $120 Less than a week later exact same wheel on exact same door was back off the track. They wanted to send back same technician as he  was 'master and advanced' - told them no way - send somebody who can fix properly. Wasted time away from work in scheduling repair and being at house. Simply unacceptable. Will never use Overhead Door in future homes.

Called at 7:30am about fixing a broken torsion spring. It was fixed by 10am. Really great service and fair price. Thank you Katie and the installer Brad. Great work.

I made an appointment for an estimate at 3PM. After waiting until 4PM I called to ask what was going on. The lady who answered the phone was very rude, as if I was an inconvenience. I was told that the tech was stuck in traffic on 275. No mention of why I was not notified. After asking when I could expect the tech, I was told "As soon as he can get there". I asked where he was on 275 since it wraps around the entire city and was told "I have no idea". I would recommend anyone looking for garage door repair look elsewhere.

Tried to make a service call appt - could not get past the rude girls in the office. Rude tone, left me on hold for over 5 minutes, came back to the phone to say they'd put me on hold again, then disconnected me. I have now found a different garage door company and they were delightful on the phone.
