The office staff is rude and unprofessional in every way possible. They wanted to charge me $650 for a tow which is a complete rip off. The price was reduced to $350 which is still unethical and not charged by any other towing companies in Kansas City. The office staff needs to learn effective communication skills to talk to customer correctly and not make a bad situation worse. I will never recommend this tow company to anyone and hope the management team helps the office staff develop people skills.

Excellent service, right to work- no fooling around, and some of the best rollback maneuvering I've ever seen. They have always taken care of our customers hotrods, and I woul recommend them to anyone.   -Ryan H

I have used Overland Tow several times for my business. They have always been very respectful, reasonably priced, and fast. Uncommon for tow companies. The last time I needed a truck towed, I called another company because they were just around the corner from where the truck was.  They wanted to charge twice as much and told me the wait would be twice as long as Overland Tow. 

I rarely write reviews(although I should more), but I made the effort to write this review. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of having good reviews, but only when they're deserved.  In my experience, Overland Tow has earned it!
