I recently got my 17 Audi Q5 done at this shop and it was such an amazing experience. The young lady by the name of Destiny always kept me updated with the repair status. The receptionist by the name of Jeanette (yes we have the same name) reviewed the estimate with me and was very polite in explaining my deductible payment and what a betterment is.  The owner of the shop, (I believe his name is James) shook my hand and made sure it was a great experience. To top it off my car looks brand new!!!! I will definitely recommend anyone!

Based on my neighbor’s recommendation I walked into Overseas Auto and Body for my car repair; also because of my GEICO Insurance. I was not sure and solely went with the recommendations. The team Jason and Steven provided details, explained the tasks and duration. They not only match the duration but also to my satisfaction. I am impressed with the hassle-free handling of car rental, billing and coordination with GEICO on supplements. Janet and Destiny in the front office were very supportive with right communication. Thanks and good work!

I usually don't write reviews but a number of events made me write this:

A little background: I found my car with some damage in the parking, called Geico who told me that this is a geico certified shop. I agreed to tow my car there because I was getting late for work (I work as a physician)
The car repair took approximately 2 weeks which I thought was more than the time it should have taken for the damage. None the less, James from repair department was particularly very helpful and a gentleman who gave me accurate status reports as well as expedited the entire process by a day or two (hence the 2 stars for James!)

The car repair looked satisfactory. Less than 48 hours into repair, there was a lot of smoke coming out of the car bonnet with smell of burning plastic and leakage of coolant as soon as I started the car. The car AC stopped working. I called overseas and they towed my car back the next day and repaired the damage. I again had to take public transport to go to work in the city (I live in westchester!) It was overall a scary and unpleasant experience. (Removed 2 star)

The other thing I found after I got my car was that there was an apple watch charger in the main docking port which was missing. I charge my watch on my way to work and that is why it is always in the car. I called them up to ask about it and the receptionist told me she would gimme a  call back. Till now I never received a call. I am not sure where it got misplaced but i never found it again:/ (Removed 1 star)
