I am extremely pleased with my purchases.  I love this little family-owned business… they give the personal touch to each customer and are so unlike the gigantic chain-store pharmacies who don’t care about or appreciate their customers at all.  I love shopping here and always have and will.

I had to give 5 *****'s. My mom's Christmas candy made by Werther's 6 pks lol Came lickity spilt! From Utah to Missouri. I really appreciated the Thank you card with the pic of a beautiful family . Happy Holidays

I will never buy through this company again. Took me forever to get the item. It was 9 days late. They shipped me the right item but did not give me the right amount. It was Wellements organic nighttime baby cough syrup. I was supposed to get 4, 2 oz bottles and only received 1. My suggestion, buy elsewhere!

I will never do business with this company again! Their prices are completely out of line. I ordered what I though was 6 Cases of canned dog food for $12.89 per case. But I only had 12 cans shipped to me. Their “customer service” rep advised me when I called that their unit price was $12.89 for TWO cans! I can buy the same food at Walmart or Target for $11.99 per CASE! I ordered online for the convenience! That mistake will now cost me $9.00 to ship the food back to the seller for a refund. But no one in their right mind would ever pay $70 for 12 CANS of dog food. Never again Overstock Pharmacy, Never again! Don’t let them fool you too!

Terrible. Zero stars. I ordered a case 24 pk of friskies pate and only received 4 cans! Where are the 20 other cans?? I ordered thru Walmart and delivery came almost 2 weeks later compared to other items I ordered. I called immediately to Walmart to make complaint. Waiting for refund now. I will NEVER order thru Overstock Drugstore EVER again!

I just received a order from here. I paid $38.11 expected to receive two 13 pound bags of Purina Naturals dry catfood. I received two 3.15 pound bags. Definitely not worth the price I paid.

I ordered a toothbrush set that was advertised to have Buzz and Woody. They sent different characters and when I showed them the ad they stopped emailing all together. Told me I would have to return my product for a refund instead of correcting their error. False advertisement at its finest. Maddie is unhelpful and rude.

Please, please DO NOT BUY from OVERSTOCK DRUGSTORE! Our experience was terrible and time consuming to correct. It reflects similar experiences from other buyers. I hope WalMart takes note since I purchased items through the WalMart website. It started when I ordered 2 cases 12 cups per case of ramen through WalMart from Overstock Drugstore. Immediately afterwards, I ordered 2 more cases. When the order I arrived, I received 2 small boxes. Each box contained 2 individual cups of ramen. I wondered who the heck would package and send 2 cardboard boxes, each containing 2 cups of ramen across the US.  I contacted Overstock Drugstore by phone and email but got no reply. I went through the Walmart site to initiate a return. I got a refund for one case. After several days I contacted WalMart again to conplain. Eventually I received a refund but Overstock was MIA. For the money I spent versus the hassle, I would not do this again.

I WOULD NEVER advise anyone to purchase anything from this store!  I purchased $116 worth of sugar from them over 2 months ago, and HAVE NEVER RECEIVED IT!  I reached out to the owner “Maddie” who said she would find out what happened and get back to me. I HAVE YET to hear from her or anyone from their store.  I’m going to file a fraudulent claim with my bank to try and recover my money.

I love that this is a family owned American business that provides a ton of products that all households use and they make it convenient for you by shipping it right to your home or mailbox at a reasonable cost. Great products at a great price is always awesome! I highly recommend this company and will be ordering from them from now on.
