I understand now why they never get anything correct, from the amount of medication they dispense to mailing your order after telling you it is there at the pharmacy, they are all in training! There is no communication and apparently no notes are put into a customers account. I guess this really is my fault because I have been a customer for so many years, I thought the med sync would be great!  Boy was I mistaken, never have I had all of my prescriptions ready at the same time, often the are out of what is needed! Please do yourself a favor, and try somewhere else!!!!!

I have been going to Owens pharmacy for along time now. They are good about remembering my name and being very kind/ helpful. Ignore the bad ratings people hate because they come in to pharmacies demanding instant drugs and the health system does not work that way. People have to wait on approvals etc. Owens beats: Safeway, Walmart, Walgreens, etc. I have been to them all in hopes to find the best pharmacy but Owens beats them all by a landslide. They get me my medication fast and efficiently. Often they will fax and call the doctor multiple times trying to get a medication authorized when I am having trouble with the doctor. Thank you Owens for being the best.

rude, lazy, incompetent staff.  How these pinheads are consistently voted "Best in the North State" by the Wretched Spotlight is beyond me.  But I guess it's easy to be the "Best" when there's no real competition.
