Over 40 minutes waiting for someone to answer, never got ahold of anyone and hung up in the end. Outrageous, terrible, terrible service. Not an isolated incident either, seems to be the norm. Sometimes the automated answering machine end the call simply saying: “gone for lunch” “closed for weekend” “closed for holiday” “closed early” “only open X to X today” or if it’s not one of those and you actually get in you have to wait over half hour.

 Need a fix to this problem ASAP! Honestly considering switching to different health center. Can’t even get ahold of anyone? Almost an hour? Seriously? 

Close to 15 reviews and barely at 2 stars....it’s a shame. It’s a fantastic place, clean, comfortable, well laid out, friendly staff, good doctors, pharmacy built in, on the harbour etc etc. Minor attention to the final details and the this place would be the best. As is I can’t even get ahold of anyone...

I have never waited longer than 10 mins in the waiting room. Nice to have Nutrition programs in the same building, as well as x-rays upstairs. For time sensitive conditions they have accommodated me by sending me to another Dr. from the team when mine was too busy. I am happy with the services provided here.

Took me 2 months to get an appointment for my daughters one year needles , the appointment was supoosed to be for the 21 of september (already a month past her 12 months) , they called me saying they have to move it till November 15th. Very VERY unhappy with this place. Changing my doctor asap! They do not care about their patients.

In & out too quickly, no feedback from doctor or nurse.   Found a new doctor at Dawson Road Health Centre in Guelph - short wait times, lots of feedback, detailed explanation of treatment.   Well worth the drive there & back.

Not happy with the after hours clinic! My husband had infection in his finger. Space and we went there because we couldn't get through on the phone. We were very disappointed when we got there and we were that in only to be told we need to get out in the hall and then call them to see if we can get an appointment we went down to our van in the parking lot got through finally and got an appointment for my husband. The receptionist was not very nice.
