My solar system quit working and I called Owen's based on feedback from his other customers.  Jeff walked me through troubleshooting my system and and gave me a lot of advice over the phone.   My inverter was the cause of my system failure  and he got a new one for me, got it installed quickly and showed me how to  set it up to monitor through an app on my phone.   He also identified my panels as models implicated in a class action lawsuit and got me set up with a claim to have them all replaced at no cost.  Jeff was very responsive throughout and totally up front about the costs, which were very reasonable.  I would highly recommend Jeff's services.

When our beloved 13-year-old solar electric system stopped working, I found Owens Electric online. Jeff was quick to honestly tell me how costly the repairs or replacement could be. Then right away we connected our iPhones in Facetime so he could instruct me in safely turning off the power switches, removing the fuse, and simply testing its continuity. It was blown! Jeff graciously invited me to his work site, handed me a free fuse, and sent me home to try it.

Problem solved!!! The inverter and panels returned to electrifying our home from the sun's energy. For future solar or any electrical needs, my wife and I would return to Owens Electric in San Mateo right away, with lots of confidence.
