Fouad was the most wonderful man, and when Oxford Cleaners was owned by him, it was the best place in the valley. The cleaners is now owned by a man with no integrity. Besides the poor quality of cleaning, the customer service is non-existent. Several items of mine have been lost. I have received other peoples clothes in error. I have been in four times to resolve an issue with lost items, I have been treated rudely and disrespectfully. I would NOT recommend this cleaners. I can not express how awful my experiences have been here.

Fouad is the very best cleaner/tailor in the whole world!! And one of the nicest people- which don't always go together. He can fix anything, is always pleasant and helpful, in a very natural and authentic way. More importantly he is very inventive when presented with unusual problems. I'm writing this out of duty but if everyone knew how good is he is there would be a line out the door, so ...don't tell All your friends, because his parking lot would not acommodate.

I've tried 2 other Dry Cleaners in the area with varying results. I have business meetings so I spend $100+ each time I drop clothes off which can sometimes be 2-3 times a month. Some made the clothes smell like chemicals, others delivered the clothes but left surprise black marks on white items. All but Oxford were overpriced and took my business for granted. I am now known by name and receive my clothes back with no surprises in great time for 20% less than I paid the other guys for. I'm very happy and now an even more snappy dresser. Try Oxford for yourself.
