Took a King Size DOWN comforter in to clean on June 14th.  Received a ticket - #7887 and was told it would be ready in a week.  July 5th tried to pick it up and was told it was picked up June 16th.  I have my ticket and they have no idea who they gave it to.  I live 2 1/2 hours south so obviously no one in my household picked it up 2 days after I dropped it off and was told it would be a week.  What customer service did I get?  NONE!  Told the owners would call and they didn't.  Called back and got firm which resulted in a call back from the wife.  I told her I had proof that I was in SE Kansas that day.  She said she had video.  I told her great - I would come up to view it and she could see it wasn't me.  Told me she couldn't show it to me.  (BS - no privacy issues there.  Video is shown all the time)  Her husband called back and screamed at me.  Didn't let me get a word in or to respond to his questions.  He wanted the names and numbers of the people I told them could vouch for me.  I was driving and obviously could not look up all that information.  He told me to file a Small Claims - indicated I would lose.  I STILL have my ticket but no comforter.  No apology or offer to look for it or otherwise "fix" the issue.  Now - if I took my car to a dealer and they let someone else take it without a ticket or ID, I'm guessing that wouldn't be ok so not sure how an expensive comforter is different.  Yeah - RUN away from this place.  Consumer Protection Act compliant filed.

Worst dry cleaners in the state of Kansas.  Do not take anything you value to this establishment.  I took my dress shirts there even though they had poor reviews thinking there was no way they could mess them up. They melted all 4 of them.  And then handed them back to me like nothing happened with no remorse.  The gentleman helping me check out was awful rude as well. Zero values,  zero ethics.  Do not take anything to this establishment.

Oxford Cleaners has been great.  The shirts are always delivered when promised.  They went the extra mile in dry cleaning something that had staining and got everything out.  Thanks!

First - I am not going back. I am looking for a new dry cleaner. Now with that said, I was getting my shirts laundered each week. 

OK the shirts were clean - but someone needs to teach the people who press shirts who to lay the shirt flat (or however it is done) before pressing the shirts. The shirts consistently are delivered with wrinkles pressed into the shirt. What a pain in the butt.
