Change for oil change that wasn't done. Was told I need my timing belt change and later found out there is nothing wrong with my timing belt

The people that work there are always nice to me and greet me with "Hello! How are you?" I can't stand the way that some customers talk to them. Over a simple mistake one day, one of the customers said
"Maybe if I speak another language, you'll understand me...?
All I could ask him was "DO you speak another language? I'm just asking because you don't seem to have good control of the English language."
He turned his anger toward me, called me something other than what my mother named me and stormed out. All I could do was laugh!

Citgo is ok and their Mini Mart store but it is to high on gas it cost too much for their Items, I think they over charging people but I still go their for gas.
