Thanks & congrats to Oyster Bay in Lawrenceville for partnering with us to raise money for Angels Among Us Pet Rescue by hosting a charity candy machine.  A large comfortable bar, super friendly staff & feature favorites like the Monster, crab dip & of course oysters make this a must. So get out of the suburbs and go downtown to Oyster Bay. Be sure to tell them thank you for helping save cats and dogs.

Calamari was too chewy and lacked flavor. Smoked fish dip could use some added flavor and/or diced jalapenos in addition the the slices on top. Club crackers were a no-no, but the saltines I requested and extra jalapeños made a huge difference! For a weeknight of light diners, just some fresh herbs could step their dishes up a notch. Service was okay, a simple glance or question shows attention to any customer, even from a distance. GREAT neighborhood atmosphere in local Downtown Lawrenceville, THANKS!

My husband and I visited Oyster Bay last night for the first time. Considering it's hard to find good, local seafood spots, we really wanted to love this place. But unfortunately it just fell short. The food was extremely salty... almost too salty to get down. And it was hard to find a dish on the menu that wasn't drowning in a cream based sauce. I did however love the dive bar feel and the staff was incredibly friendly which is why I'm giving it 3/5 stars. Sadly, we won't be returning though.

Coming here was such a great experience. Our server was amazing and friendly. The prices are great for the portion and quality. We all ate salmon, crab cakes, crab legs, and shrimp but got out of there for under $90. We will most definitely  be back. The salmon was spectacular!! I can not rave enough about how good this dinner was. Thank you guys for your amazing service and food.

Found out about this place from a Google search.  The reviews were all good so me & the Mrs, went to have dinner. We ordered the seafood platter, with garlic & parsley potatoes & the veggie of the day (collard greens) & half dozen oysters fried. The food was amazing!! I was surprised how good the greens tasted, my wife & I couldn't get enough. 
Service was awesome,  our waitress stayed away long enough but not to long where we had to look or ask where she was. The place doesn't look like much but the food & service MORE than make up for it.  
We will definitely be going back.
