THIS PLACE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY WOMEN. 

My grandmother and I have been in here a couple times and each time it feels as if all they care about is selling you something. They are VERY pushy and tries to sell you something that is outrageously priced! You can keep telling them NO but they don't listen and just keep trying. 

When my grandmother goes in to get something cleaned or fixed, they always sell her something. She is on a fixed income, and has a house to pay for, she has medical bills, and what she has needs to last her for the rest of her life. I have had very nice conversations with them about please not selling her anything, and they refuse to listen. They just keep taking advantage of her and taking her money. My grandmother is elderly and doesn't understand what she is doing. I have talked to my grandmother about this and this jewelry store. All this *unprofessional* jewelry store has to say is, well we like her and respect her so we will not refuse to sell her something. I'm sure they like her. They like making money off this little old lady who doesn't understand. I mean how can we keep people and stores in business like this. 

They have not heard the last from me. After countless calls, After countless visits, I am done! I will be calling a lawyer and hopefully letting the whole marina know what these people are doing. This is disrespectful and just disgusting!

I cannot say enough about Jacob.  This is my only "go to" jeweler.  I have not been disappointed at all.  I appreciate the personal time, service and knowledge of the owners.  This is an establishment you can trust and rely in 1000%.  I am a very experienced fine jewelry shopper, and the best is they are just a hop skip and jump fro my residence, and I hop skip and jump for elation every time I leave the store.  That means everytime!  Before you shop anywhere else, give Ozel Jewelers a shot, you will not regret it......

Just wow. The level of incompetence is UNBELIEVABLE. Stay clear of this jeweler if you value your time. I rarely write bad reviews, and I have sympathy for small businesses, but incompetence and lying/excuse-making is, well, inexcusable. If you read this and still go there, well, it's on you then. My God.

A couple of years ago i had a diamond put into a necklace.  Wasn't satisfied with the job, went in and told jeweler on premise that I wasn't quite satisfied with the job.  He reset the stone and a couple of hours later gave it back to me.  I was so happy!!  The owner was standing there and said "No."  I more money after the jeweler reset it said if your not satisfied bring it back.  I told the owner I paid for the work and demanded money and he grabbed my purse to get out money with the necklace in his hand and pushed me to the floor.  When police was called the owner told police he did not know how to work a video tape.  Had bruises on me and was so horrified with that kind of abuse.
