In short notice, 2 days before new years, I tried calling 3 different ready mix concrete companies and Ozinga was the one that came through. Other companies were either on vacation, needed me to have a commercial credit account to place an order, we're too busy, etc. But when calling Ozinga, James the dispatch person was SUPER helpful and very friendly. Within 2 minutes I had an appointment setup for one of their concrete trucks at our jobsite. They set the appointment for 2 pm and they were there at....... 2pm! Very punctual. Also, I had an inspection scheduled for earlier in the day and at 1 pm I called them letting them know that the inspection hadn't passed yet and James was very accommodating willing to stay on call until 1:36 or reschedule. I would highly recommend Ozinga

After working with Banaszak Concrete last month, I'll never use their competitors' services for my company's needs again. The staff and customer service is exceptional! Any question I had was answered honestly and knowledgeably. I'd recommend their services to anyone!

Staff at Banazak Concrete stated concrete work would look great and IT DID...not like other company we dealt with in past. "Other company" did job and within 3 months we developed holes and pealing or flaking of concrete. Great job BANAZAK CONCRETE! Highly recommend. Donte'
