Our experience with PC Richard's of West Babylon was incredibly helpful and painless! As soon as we walked in, we were approached by the friendly employees that were knowledgeable and understanding of our budget and needs. The products we purchased were kitchen appliances, TVs, and a mattress - all that is needed to furnish the majority of our first home. The selection of appliances and products in the store were organized and displayed beautifully! We worked with Jessa who took time to review our needs and the vision we had for our first home. Her patience paired with her wide range of knowledge for the products in the store made our trip effortless and exciting. The honesty and integrity she shared with us was a true representation of her work ethic and exuded the essence of this store!

Great experience at the West Babylon store.. Bought my appliances and TV there and Jerome was a pleasure to deal with..  Jerome showed me what I needed and in my budget and showed all the details of the features. The rest of the staff at the store are very friendly and helpful.. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who needs to make a purchase and not feel they don't know what they are buying. Thank you Jerome & PC Richards, West Babylon for making my purchases easy and will certainly be back in the future to make any other purchases for sure!!!

Excellent location... So many appliances and options to select. Salespeople are very helpful and PC Richards has excellent deals all year long but especially during the holidays. The black Friday deals were terrific. Electronics section is extensive. Most appliances and electronics are available for fast delivery.

Babylon Pc Richards was top notch! Jerome went above and beyond to make sure was satisfied with my purchases. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Jerome to anyone who is looking for new Appliances, TVs, mattresses etc.

I have been purchasing my appliances and electronics from PC Richards, now for over 15yrs. But I have never had a better customer experience, than working with Jerome at the West Babylon store. 
He is extremely knowledgeable about his products, and is truly a delight to work with. He has not only provided me with the exact item I'm looking for, but also makes great suggestions and provides me with great pricing. Appliances work great, but more importantly is the detail of attention Jerome gives me whenever I need something. Keep up the good work.....
