PCS put a new roof on my house. It started leaking after it started raining. There were stains on my ceiling and water marks coming down the walls in my breakfast room. I called and the owner came out to look at it. He admitted that some of the shingles were not laid correctly. He said his workers would be here sometime that week to fix it. They never showed up. I called repeatedly and left messages both on his cell phone and the business phone. A few times when someone actually answered the business phone, I left messages with them as well. No one ever returned my calls. After several months of leaving messages without receiving a response, I finally had to pay someone else to fix the leaks that PCS was responsible for.

Very pleased with these folks. This is the second roof they have done for us (different houses), and we have been very pleased both times. Excellent work. Honest, thorough, and very good at what they do. When they're done, you will feel like you got your money's worth.

We met with John of PCS roofing to replace the roof of our mother's home. Job was performed on-time and on-budget. Cleanup was great and I would highly recommend

DONT BELIEVE THE GENERIC REVIEWS.  Recently made the MISTAKE  of contracting P.C.S roofing to do a replacement due to hail damage.  They came on time and delivered the quote immediately.  Reviewed it my wife and decided to go with PSC mostly due to positive online reviews. This was a MISTAKE. I asked the salesman let me know the week before they come, so that I could schedule my work around the roof.  He said ok. 
Today I have a voicemail form , James Slice, stating the crew maybe ther tomorrow,  but definitely  by Thursday.  I quickly called back and had to leave a message, that I had scheduled work for those days and needed to know with more time.  Mr Slice informed me they don't work that way. Then proceeded to give a lame excuse of having to have crews waiting around to scheduled that way. I really don't think he understood that I just needed to  know sooner. BUT HE DEFINITELY DID NOT LIKE BEING TOLD NO!
After I said this week wouldn't work for me, he told me that I was irritatied and CANCELLED THE JOB!!!!

Nightmare nothing but troubles one after another. Had to file complaint with BBB to resolve many issues. Beware of hiring this company.
