Was at the salon 7 to 8 weeks ago - for a color and a cut & blow-dry.  I had a fair bit of red pigment coming through and wanted it corrected.

The girl helping me did a great job - both color and cut.

I went in today for a touch up, and was rushed, so asked to hold on the blow-dry.  When I got to the counter, I was charged $180 and the receipt stated "color & wash/blow-dry".  When I mentioned that's what I paid the previous time many more services - pointing to my wet hair, she stated "that was my choice, they only sell in combos" and proceeded to tell me that if this place is too "expensive for me and doesn't fit my budget" I should go somewhere with "lesser quality products, not the fine Italian ones that P&H salon uses" that will fit me better.  The combo comment is a little odd given 4 reviews below - for a lady complaining about the same issue - he quoted the price of $45 for a blow-dry?

Well, I sure won't have trouble finding a place that charges less for touching up my roots?

I came in with fried and bleached blonde hair after a different salon made critical errors. My hair was a one shade of pure yellow and Paolo and his team took such amazing care of me. He not only transformed my hair into an amazing blonde with high/lowlights, he also gave my hair an amazing treatment to restore some health. He provided me with amazing tips and advice throughout my visit and gave me such a genuine welcome. Love this place. I will be back 100%. I have found my "go-to salon". Thank You Paolo for everything! You are a life saver!!

All the stuff is so friendly.  I went with a burned hair and everyone was concerned and they took care of my hair, gave me lots of advices and also a nice haircut.  Definitely I will be back

I haven't had a great haircut since I stopped coming here. As I now use a cane and sometimes a walker I would love to come back for a good cut before surgery the end of March.  So watch for me Paolo, I am coming.

After 5 months since my last cut, got my hair styled (wash and cut) today at P&H Salon, my first visit to this place - Eric did it -- it looks GREAT! - I'm a senior, told him I didn't want it too short, just do a trim I could wear back off my face, that I can blow dry or let dry on its own -- he did exactly that!  He used a razor to enhance the bit of natural waves I have, and afterwards - I look civilized and human once more, and dare I say, even *pretty for an older lady* with my new hair-style.  Am pleased as punch.  Price was moderate for downtown Toronto - $80 which included tax and a $10 tip.  Was in and out in under 45 mins, loads of time left to meet my friend for lunch at NAMI.  I'll go back for sure -- and Eric's my new hair guy!  He's gained a new client!  For my first visit here, I give this place 5 stars!
