Roof inspection and repair, 3 roof vent pipe boots/flashing, reseal the ridge vent and rehang a few pieces of siding. Work estimated and performed the same day. Brad documented the repairs with before and after photos.  Brad seems knowledgeable and is an "extra mile" kind of guy. His time and effort are greatly appreciated. I am very happy with my experience. I would recommend Brad to friends and family. Thanks again for a positive experience.

Erich  was on time. Good quality in the service field. Very pleasant guy to talk to. Scoped out my situation and wrote up quotes for each of three different options on how we could approach fixing the problem. He explained what was entailed in each option. After choosing which option I wanted, he got right to work and finished the job in about 45 min. And I might add that the area he was working  was not easily accessible and it was a fairly windy day.  But the job got done with no complaints from him. Kudos. He also pointed out some gutter brackets that were loose and fixed them also. 
Very Good job well done. I would use this company again and would recommend them to anyone needing work done.

I am in the market for a new roof, so naturally I googled the most trusted and well known roofing contractors for my area. I set up 3 appointments with 3 different companies, the first being PJ Fitzpatrick.  They came out to provide a free estimate and delivered their whole sales pitch.  Overall, it was well prepared and very informative.  But once it came to the end and the sales rep tried to close the deal, we informed them that we still needed two or three more estimates to be able to make an informed decision...and at that moment the mood completely changed. The rep closed his laptop abruptly and could not leave fast enough - he left my wife and I with the impression that we completely wasted his time.  It was a very surreal encounter, but just goes to show how insincere the rep was with his sales pitch.  After this encounter, I spent a little time researching reviews online and this seems to be an all too common theme with this company.  Unfortunately, I cannot provide any insight on the workmanship, as this review solely reflects one encounter with one sales rep.

Just had the best service experience from Justin and the the whole P.J.Fitzpatrick team. Contact on web site @ 11.00 pm  Friday call back at 8am Saturday  same day roof repairs completed by 2pm!  Needed specific repairs done to roof due to house sale. Very fair Prices, Very Professional Service. Highly Recommend !!

Justin was a very pleasant, professional young man. Very personable. Came assessed the job. Listened to what I wanted repaired, provided me with the cost of the repair.  Then got started immediately. I was very pleased with the work he performed, as well as following up with setting up with the company to get another estimate for possible work. Please know if I had a company I would hire Justin. Justin is an asset to your company
