Great neighborhood hardware store. Owners go out of their way to be helpful. And they carry all those things you forget to buy when doing any repair job around the house.

The team is always interested to find solutions to help. Cars and vans are in good condition and they are usually well staffed. Sometimes there is a wait in the morning, so planning a few extra minutes is a good idea.

It's always a pleasure going in for something at PJ's. The owner is friendly and knowledgable about any issue I have (and I'm a contractor). So many stores these days treat customers like adversaries. Here, you get a sense of the old-fashioned "mom & pop" store where they work to have everything you could possibly need—and will take the time to discuss your project and offer advice if you need it.

Very helpful staff, and even though they can't maintain the inventory of a mega store, the available items seem well matched to what you need in a pinch from a hardware store.
