Michael advised us on the cost and age of our air conditioner that had stopped working during a heat spell this summer. The cost to repair almost 20 year old equipment did not make good sense. Within a short period of time, PK Wadsworth came out and replaced our defunct air conditioner unit with one that is more efficient and much quieter. We so appreciated their quick response to our needs, because we had house guests at the time!

P.K. Wadsworth did their yearly check-up on our furnace last week. We were very pleased with the gentleman who did it. He was thorough and explained everything in terms we could understand. We are very glad we switched to this company instead of the one we had been using.

We've been customers for about 40 years. Increasingly we find PK Wadsworth too expensive. They quoted $1600 for a new water heater. We purchased one from Herczog for $1,000 installed. Also at annual checkups, the technician is always trying to sell us something. Also the oldtimers are fine, but the skills of the younger technicians vary and I don't always have confidence in them.

We had Eric out last week and he was SO knowledgeable! He was very polite, took his time to make sure that I understood everything that he was doing - and we were his last appointment on Friday afternoon! I was very impressed.

PK Wadswoth has provided excellent service at two homes for over 25 years. In addition to routine maintenance we have had them install furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters and dehumidifiers. Their technicians solved a complex dehumidification problem with a pool in our basement. We have great confidence in PK Wadsworth.
