Good evening. PT&S Construction is by far the worst construction outfit in DC and MD. I insist, do not use this construction firm for handyman work, construction work, basic renovations, etc. 

The owner will make grand promises, but will prove quickly that he is unable to fulfill his end of the project.

I obtained all paperwork in the beginning. We negotiated the price and scope of work. His team started work. Sounds normal, right?

Then he and his team commence to playing disappearing acts, not showing up for days. No phone, email, or text correspondence whatsoever. He did work improperly, of course after taking my first 2 payment draws.

I now have mildew in my basement due to his gross negligence. I plan to take this as far as possible to see him to justice. What he is doing to people is wrong and he should not be allowed to practice this type of work ever again.
