Food took forever to be cooked, burger was ok, fries cold, seemed understaffed and the ones that were there seemed standoffish. Young manager seemed out of it and puzzled by our displeasure when confronted about the time issue. Do not recommend

Ate here last night and the whole experience was terrible. The people at the front rushed me to get my order and then it took 30 minutes just to get the food. Not only that, but when my burger came, I only had half a patty? Half of it was just bread. Very surreal. I didn't complain, because I knew I wouldn't eat that much of my meal anyway, and when I got home, I had food poisoning.

This is one of my favorite restaurants with delicious food but unfortunately the service has been horrible the last couple of times I’ve been. I came in to eat dinner on a Saturday night and they were understaffed, their was trash all over the floor and girls who work at the front just standing around. These girls didn’t seem very friendly either or have good customer service skills. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience either, it’s been multiple times. I love the food but it’s discouraging to know what kind of service to expect.

Looking forward to my visit all week since it’s my cheat meal of the week & chose what I consider to be the best burger place in town. Completely disappointed with my meal. My fries were super greasy & crumbly as if they were left over fries, I paid for chili & cheese & got very little of both & my bottom burger bun was completely soggy.
