PU Septic Tank is comprised of true genuinely, kind, easy to talk with people. I am new to the area and without knowing anyone, I've had to find good people by trial and error. But when it comes to PU Septic it was a homerun! They are pleasant, communicate well and aRe respectful. They explained more to me after meeting me for the first time, then any other septic company I've used prior to moving here. PU Septic is the only septic company I'll call! Thank you Chris, Joey and Jesus!

Great experience. Showed up on time, good job, professional, kind and easy to talk to. Price seamed very fair, especially for what they have to do. I do recommend.

Came out quickly but only did half the job. 2 stars for response time. Showers and toilets backed up 3 weeks after they left. Had to call another company, PU septic to come out and finish the job. Left them a pretty nice and accommodating message on Facebook offering the chance to make it right. That was ignored. After we paid PU to come out and finish the job, the wife called to let Brown's office know what happened. The response she received was basically, "Nothing we can do about it now lady!" They were a bit cheaper and had a fast response, but you get what you pay for. Lucky for me, PU Septic matched their price to resolve the problem. All in all I'm out $400.00 for a job that should have been done for $200.00 Will not use again. Gave them a fair shake to make it right, they could care less. Wouldn't use them unless it was an absolute emergency to get you through the weekend until a legitimate company can come out. Call Mills septic or PU septic instead.
