Went in to see why my AC in van was blowing no cold air. My van AC now leaks water from AC in my van. They said it will take almost 500.00 to take it a part to see why it was leaking. Yes I paid them to check my  power steering leak which still does and paid them to flush my radiator and check belts and oil change. I paid them and I am not satisfied with their work. I feel they took advantage my lack of knowledge of mechanical issues. I pray God will expose them for all they do. I am not ever ever going back to them again. I thought since the man was a Christian he would be honest. I was wrong.

Like always, I'm always receiving good customer service and the owner Ben is always willing to work with me with my busy schedule to try and get my truck in and out. Always recommending people to go to him. Don't trust anyone else with my truck but him.

Excellent auto shop, very compotent and staunch with diagnosing an issue. It took then mere minutes to diagnose an issue with me 2003 Cavalier, very friendly and at no charge they did a smoke test on my car. When you go to an auto mechanic and they're genuine about telling you what's wrong with your car, keep that auto mechanic. They're going to be the one who gets your car moving without all the extra fees and bullshit. I've gone to a Jiffy Lube and had idiots not even put the car back together properly after change the filter. Absolutely would recommend this place to a friend.

I've taken my cars in the past to mechanics all over Pasadena, and no one has worked as well and as quick as Pasadena Auto Care! I had about 6 different things worked on and it only took them a weekend. The prices were pretty fair too considering all that I had done. I was so worried about getting screwed over cause I'm a girl and don't know anything about cars but they really helped me out right. They're also great at communicating - calling you at least every day to let you know the progress and cost so far. Overall amazing shop. I will definitely be back in the future, if need be :)
