We have been renting from pacesetters for 2 years an all I got to say is AMAZING. I HIGHLY recommend Pacesetters to anyone due to there kind employees and how quick they are to fix any issues regarding your home. Not once have they been rude an even gave any sign of attitude. The homes available from Pacesetter are beautiful an feel like home at sight. I give 5 stars an will keep giving 5 stars as the years pass  thank you pacesetters.

Our Pacesetter Home is most energy efficient.  Cool in the summer and warm in the winter.  Their staff are professional and reliable.  They made our dream come true...Rick and Frances Wilson

it is an absoulte blessing to be renting from the pacesetter family.. no hastles no gimmicks.. their staff is kind and always quick to fix anything if anything goes wrong with the house.. always cheerfull and professional... thank you pacesetters...

Pacesetter has done it again!  We went from renters to dream home owners!!!
After renting a beautiful home from Pacesetter, they helped us design our dream home.  They walked with us through the process of picking our home, designing the garage, porches, and a few other minor additions.  Now we have a beautiful home with everything we wanted.  Thank you for all the hard work and excellent service Pacesetter!

Please stay away from this place!!!  Please Military, and Veterans stay away, don't do business with a company that lies, and make promises they don't keep. Do a  Google search,  not the ones their employees wrote.  From Texas to Yuma this company , and it's bad!  
 This is how they treat Veterans, only in words,.until they get their money for the whole Veteran friendly! They just want your money, and do not care! 
 Do not rent from them,or buy anything! The only thing they care about is ripping you off. We have moved all over the world, active duty, and civilian government. My husband and I had to rent over the phone because of the move across the world. We have rented years from others without any bad experience. When we got here, my husband and I wanted to cry. This place had been trashed, holes in the wall, cat urine filled carpet, broken irrigation, doors off, broken sockets, safety issues with dryers, filth. We were told they had a cleaning lady here. I spent days trying to clean up the mess.  This list goes on and on. It has caused health problems for me with the cat urine.  I have doctor bills to prove it. This place tried to tell us this carpet was almost less than a year old when we moved in! We have had it cleaned 2 times, and it still looks old.  We took all the photos into the office, and complained to Jennifer over and over. This has gone on for a year! Finally after living in this nightmare, After a year of living there, and continued complaining, the only fixed the code evaluation to past the state inspection, not the dirt, grim,busted thing. Etc! 
 We have email also backing up from Jennifer about the filth and cigarette burns,  Jennifer stated  the filth was the normal expected, just we are responsible for another years lease. After almost a year, they conveniently lost the CD of photos we gave them.  On top of this we bought a RV, not knowing this was theirs. We were lied to by Sham, stating it was a neighbor she was helping them out. I was stuck with an RV we couldn't even pulled. When I called and spoke to Mike about out on going issues, along with the RV, he stated that we needed to take the blame for not checking it out. There was no remorse for another huge nightmare lie. I could go on and on, and yes we have the craigslist post of the house, along with emails, and photos. The house listing was a complete lie, and forgot also to post we are were responsible for the gas. We have learned a valuable lesson, of not trusting. It's a shame to have to change the way you think towards people, and a big shame they would do this to 2 Veterans. I am glad I have the photos of the move in, and the beatiuful upgrades we did.

Dan the owner leadership  has threatened me with lawyers for telling the truth. He has tried to have my review  removed which shouldn't hurt him if I am telling the truth. He has deleted other peoples reviews on how shady he is. The truth is the truth. I just pray all can see what this company is all about!
