They did an excellent job on the installation at my rental property. I felt very comfortable with them. I called to get an estimate on replacement of my air conditioning system Jose came out to my home i did not feel pressured to buy he was very patient with every question i had for him. Keep in mind i had 5 estimates from different companies that ranged from 7k for a full system all the way to 20k. Jose went over all my options and we were able to design a system specific to my rental property. Well orchestrated installation, he knew when the permit would be ready and the installation as well, he highly recommended going through the permit process for the company and my safety. After the job was all done and testing of the system we called the city to come out and do a final inspection. The inspector praised their work and the energy efficiency performance tests as well. I can say im happy i used them excellent experience.

Johnathan came out when i needed my air conditioner repaired. He had the part in his van which was great. He agreed to come out after hours for an additional fee which worked out perfect since we are not home during the day. Thanks guys you guys are my new air conditioning company.

I called Pacific on a Sunday morning left a voicemail within 5 minutes i had the 24 Hour on call service tech  contact me. He asked a few questions about what my air conditioner was doing and we were actually able to fix my unit over the phone. It turns out you need to replace your air filter every 3-6 months or else your unit wont blow air out and starts freezing over. Just wanted to drop a review for Anthony great service over the phone thank you for walking me through what needed to be done.

Great company to work with. Greg came out gave me a quote on replacing my air conditioner. He gave me a great deal on a 16 Seer system. Greg took care of setting up the whole project and they even presented me with a finished permit signed by the city inspector. Glad i used them. Greg was a pleasure having in our home.

Professional service technicians. They came out to fix my heater, the blower motor went out. Anthony replaced the blower motor, he took the old one out took it to the parts house and he came right back to finish the job he was all done within 2-3 hours of his arrival. Really enjoyed the service they did not have to come back another day and make me miss an additional day of work. They are my new air conditioning company from now on.
