These guys are amazing. I lost or broke several teeth during a seizure and have no way to afford to have my teeth replaced. Lost my job due to the inability to speak correctly with damaged front teeth. Dr. Hablutzel has such a wonderful heart and immediately helped me restore so much of my teeth thus allowing me to be able to work again. He has done all of this aware that until  I could work again I could only make payments. He spent so much time and care making sure my new teeth fit correctly and that I was comfortable.  His staff is also as warm hearted as he is. I send anyone looking for excellent dental care to this amazing group of people.

Had good work done at this office a few months ago and thought everything was good. However two months later I received a letter from them stating that I was 60 days overdue on some money that they had said insurance was covering. When I stopped by their office and brought the matter to their attention they said that it was insurance's problem and that I should ignore the bill and they would work it out and give me a call explaining why the next day. It has now been over a month since I last talked with them and they have never called me back. Just received another late notice saying that I am 90 days overdue on that same payment they had told me to ignore... I hope none of you have the same experience I have had... Bad follow up and claiming you owe them money that you were never supposed to pay....

Update 8/31/17: The issue has been cleared up. The office was only billing one of the two (regular medical and dental) insurance cards I had given them when I first came in. Frustrating that it took so long to resolve the problem, but I appreciate the work they do and for clearing up the issue.

I've been going here for since 1997. Dr. Hablutzel has done some of the best work. I started by looking for a dentist and staff that was good with kids and they were. All good natured, exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. I have been out of state for a few years and am just back last month. While going to a few other dentists when gone they all marveled at the beautiful bridge and crown work that Dr. Hablutzel had done. Fantastic Dr. and office staff and I'd recommend them highly.

In all my years of going to the dentist in and outside the military, Pacific Dental stands above them all. My visits have been pain-free and thorough. You won't find a better team then Pacific Dental!! 😁😁😁

I had a wonderful experience with this dentist office. The staff was terrific and professional. I chose to get  the 6 Month Smile orthodontic treatment and the results were better than expected. I wish I still lived in the area, but unfortunately I moved away for work. I would definitely recommend this dentist office. Yari took great are of me... Best hands in the business!
