(Posting on behalf of my mother-in-law) The stone that we eventually received is beautiful and just as we ordered. However, the communication throughout was nonexistent. Most frustrating and distressing to a family in mourning was the lack of communication. This included rescheduling the headstone unveiling when we were assured that the stone would be ready by the end of November. Because we called to verify a week in advance, we discovered that the wrong stone had been ordered causing a 2 month delay. No communication from the company at all. Months later I am still waiting for the promised call from the owner to discuss our situation.

Worked with these guys for a few years through my place of employment and found them to be THE BEST. First class work, dependable and compassionate.

Dear Jeff, Darrin and the PCM staff, I just have to tell you how thrilled I am with the awesome job you did on my beloved husbands marker. You went above and beyond to make this a great memorial to him. I was so moved when I saw it unveiled. You all did an absolutely fabulous job and I CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH! I know I didn't make your life easy over these past few months with all the changes, but you came through with flying colors and I truly appreciate your patience and all the kindness and consideration you displayed in your dealings with me. My masonry contractor has already set the stone and he said it is the best looking memorial in the cemetery and he's absolutely right-- nothing compares to it! He was so impressed with the high quality of your inscriptions and diamond etched photos in addition to the REASONABLE price that he is going to tell everyone to contact you in the future! I am so thankful I found Pacific Coast Memorials on the internet. Choosing your company was the best decision I could have made! It is so comforting to have his pictures on the monument to look at when I visit his grave. I am so grateful to you for making what I had envisioned a reality. We contacted four different Memorial places and by far Pacific Coast Memorials was the best one we found. The staff, in particular, Jeff Young, was so respectful and helpful with all our concerns and questions. He guided us through the entire process with patience and integrity. We were so pleased at how well the memorial turned out. We will definately use Pacific Coast memorials in the future and refer our family and friends!

Pacific coast is one of the best in the country for custom work at a reasonable price. No rushing. They really want eveything to be right for you. They move forward when your ready. 80+ years in business and for a reason.
