Our experience is counter to these reviews and more consistent with reviews on another site (begins with Y). Three nice sweaters of mine were lost by the store. Rather than offer any empathy or sympathy for the loss, after a month long process of trying to get some satisfaction by both my wife and I, the manager/owner finally called me and basically acted like a defense attorney. The sweaters they had (three women's sweaters that were of lower quality and could not fit me) matched the description and we were past the 30 days and we did not have the ticket he said. Of course, the ticket we had would match the same ticket he had. The point is that there was no empathy, no admission of a potential mistake by the store, simply a lawyerly response. To add insult to injury, the staff person who spoke with both my wife and I before the manager FINALLY called, was rude to both of us, and laughed - literally - when my wife suggested she would post a negative review on the other site. My wife has been coming for 20 years, and I switched over a few years back when they became more eco-friendly. No more. This is not the behavior of an establishment that cares about their customers.

First and last time customer, unfortunately. I got a favorite shirt back after a standard cleaning and it was completely stained yellow all the way through, almost like it burned after being ironed for too long. They didn't say anything when I picked it up (it's instantly noticeable) so when I took it back I got called immediately (points for promptness I guess). They blamed it on me, not taking responsibility saying it was dirt and my fault. Very negative experience, I will be going elsewhere from now on.

We just love how everything comes back to us! My husbands shirts are always just lovely, clean, no order, buttons always on. My things are also done so carefully and if I need something done quickly, they will do it at no extra cost to us because we are regulars with them. We love the people! They are always so friendly and helpful!

Fantastic dry cleaning service! Friendly people and they always do an excellent job at Pacific Heights Cleaners! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get their dry cleaning done with the utmost care and for an affordable price.

We fine the staff and cleaning very professional. We also enjoy the effort that they put into sponsoring events and raising money for environmental causes. We starting using them in 2003 when we moved to Sausalito and have never even considered changing as we are so satisfied with their work.
